When can I expect to receive my order?

Each item is handmade with love by myself. I am a full-time 1st grade teacher, wife, and mama. You can expect your order to take 1-2 weeks + shipping. Shipping is through USPS and typically takes 2-5 days. 

Is shipping tracked?

Yes, all orders do have tracking and if an email is provided, you will have access to shipping details. 

What happens if an issue arises after being shipped?

Once an item is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Little Arrow Co will not be liable for any damage or loss of a package after in the hands of USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance, please notify me before placing your order. 

Can I return/exchange an item?

Unless there is a design flaw, unfortunately, no. Please make sure to read each item description and ask any questions before placing your order.

How do I care for my items?

Most items will have care instructions on the item listing, however most items, such as scarves, headwraps, and bibdanas can be machine-washed with like colors and laid flat to dry. If your item is made of bamboo, never use fabric softener with it, as this can reduce the absorbency capabilities. 

Never leave child unattended in any of our products as they can pose a hazard. Remove before sleep or car seat use. Little Arrow Co will not be responsible for any misuse occurrences.
